Quandri appoints Tia Viglianco as Head of Solution Consulting

Tia Viglianco has joined Quandri, the AI platform for insurance agencies, as Head of Solution Consulting. Tia will build and lead the company’s new Solution Consulting function, working directly with agencies to develop a practical roadmap for putting AI to work in their operations.

Tia joins Quandri from Blue Ridge Risk Partners, where she served as Chief Innovation Officer and became one of Quandri’s strongest advocates after seeing how her team could use the platform to spend less time on repetitive policy work and more time advising clients. 

“She has put AI to work inside an agency and seen it pay off, and is coming to Quandri to help every other agency in the market do the same thing,” said Jackson Fregeau, Co-Founder and CEO of Quandri.

As Head of Solution Consulting, Tia will help agency leaders identify where AI can deliver value, understand what needs to change in their workflows, and plan for implementation and adoption in line with their business priorities.

Under Tia’s leadership, Quandri will deepen the strategic and operational guidance it already provides to agencies, helping them translate AI investment into greater capacity, stronger client relationships, and sustained growth.
