> Quandri is a Renewal Intelligence Platform for personal lines insurance agencies. It automates the manual work of the renewal process — policy review, requoting, and client communication — so brokers and account managers can focus on advising clients rather than doing data entry.

Quandri integrates directly with agency management systems (AMS) to read, interpret, and act on policy data at renewal. The platform eliminates repetitive, rules-driven tasks that consume account manager time: opening carrier portals, reviewing year-over-year changes, running requotes, and drafting client emails. Every renewing policy gets reviewed. Every client gets a personalized, timely communication. Growth happens without proportional headcount increases.

The guiding target is 12,000 policies per account manager — ten times the current industry benchmark of roughly 1,200.

### Renewal Reviews
Triggered when a policy downloads from the carrier into Applied Epic. Quandri reads the policy data and produces a comprehensive renewal review automatically — year-over-year changes, coverage gaps, revenue opportunities, and broker talking points — displayed in a single view inside Epic. No manual data gathering required.

### Requoting
Triggered when a renewal meets configured threshold criteria (e.g., a premium increase above a set percentage or dollar amount). Quandri extracts underwriting data from the AMS, launches Applied Rating Services, and returns the top three most competitive quotes directly inside Epic. Brokers see competitive alternatives without touching a single carrier portal.

### Connect
Uses renewal review output to generate personalized, policy-specific client emails at scale. Emails include coverage change summaries, premium explanations, and action recommendations. Brokers review, edit, and send with a single click. Sent emails attach automatically to Epic.
